Standard Colors & Patterns
Standard colors and patterns were mass produced on opal PYREX items for over two years. These patterns and more are covered in PYREX Passion: The Comprehensive Guide to Decorated Vintage PYREX. Patterns are listed in chronological order by release date. Some dates of availability have been updated since the original release of PYREX Passion.
Promotional Patterns
Promotional patterns were offered for a short period of time on a limited number of items. In the 1950s through early 1970s promotional items were typically released in the Spring for Mother's Day/June bridal season and the fall for the holiday season. By the mid-1970s through the early 1980s, promotional items were typically offered for a year or more. Unofficial" pattern names (i.e., nicknames used to help identify a pattern) are marked with an asterisk (*) to differentiate them from known pattern names. These patterns and more are covered in PYREX Passion: The Comprehensive Guide to Decorated Vintage PYREX.
